I am a Southern New Hampshire University student studying English and creative writing. My background is non-fiction, and I have written nonfiction articles for local newspapers and publications such as Natural Awakenings. My novel, A Pearl Within, is my debut in fiction writing.

 

I am a 44-year-old mother of two teenage boys, a world traveler, a history buff, and a lover of all things Irish. I have studied the history of Ireland for years and have ancestral roots in Ireland. My family members painstakingly traced our lineage over 40 years ago before the invention of the internet and ancestry websites. I have a deep respect for the hardships endured by the Irish and, through careful historical research, honor that history sensitively and accurately. I have traveled to Ireland extensively and have plans to retire there in the future.
